Only some of the membership levels have the option to reset their password if forgotten under the Profile page.

After clicking “Forgot Password” a new password is sent to their email. The member logs in with the new password and has the option to change it to his liking in the Profile page. However, some membership levels are showing “This content is not permitted for your membership level” in the Profile section and are unable to change their password.

I cannot tell what the difference is and how to change it so each membership level has the opportunity to change their password if forgotten.

    Thanks for your help.

Hi, can you share what membership level are those members assign to that don’t have an option to reset their password in the Profile page?

I woke up with fresh a fresh mind and you just asking that question sparked something. I figured it out. I had not made the Profile page protected or un-protected for certain members. Sorry to bother you and thanks for your quick response!!
