Please enable the debug log feature of WP-Lister and send to support the log entry in question so we can examine it. To do this just follow the step by step guide you can find here: How to send a log record to Support
We should be able to say more once we had a chance to examine the log record.

I have same problem. I upgraded to PRO and completed those values in the edit listing screen (Brand and MPN). When I attempt to update listing I get errors:

As you are probably aware Brand and MPN are now item specific requirements that eBay requires for certain categories.
WP-Lister takes product attributes and sends them to eBay as item specifics.
If you are using the Free version of the plugin, you will either need to add a product attribute called “Brand” and input the necessary value. Then when you send this item to eBay those product attributes will be listed as item specifics on eBay.
Or you can use the item specifics table in the edit product page. (In Pro you also have access to the item specifics table in the listing profile, not just the edit product page.) To use this simply enter the primary eBay category and the item specifics table will appear. You can then enter a custom value into the Brand item specifics or pull the values using the column on the right.
If you don’t see Brand as an item specific in the table, you will need to select a different primary eBay category, and then re-select the correct category so WP-Lister can refresh the item specifics from eBay since MPN and Brand are new item specifics. You will want to save the profile as well to ensure the new item specifics “stick”.
