Submit redirect to link with query strings

Hello,

I’ve been using and loving contact forms since the beginning and now i need your help!

I need to make the submit button to redirect to another link with query string (from the input fields) in the url. How can i do it with Contact Forms?

Is there any way? To use the data that the visitor fills in certain form fields and add it to a redirect url when that visitor clicks the button?
