Improve RSS Feed

I’m using Bloglovin on my site http://www.currentlyrachel.com, but it doesn’t always update even though my RSS feed shows as valid.

However, when I check it does show a few ‘occurences’ that could be improved, but I’m not entirely sure how to fix these or why these issues are occurring.

Can anyone shed any light?
