You have a bad plugin or theme. Check your theme and plugin files for wp_get_current_user. That should narrow it down for you as to where to start the process of elimination.

First, Disable all plugin using ftp connections
Second, Activate one by one to see whether the plugins had the error.
If, one of the plugins makes the error, just disable it.
else, your having an error because wp can’t see the wp_get_current_user() main code.
