Alert overload

If a required field is missed an alert usually shows up next to the field and at the bottom of the form. But, it’s also showing up above the form inside screen-reader-response div.

Tested using WP 2015 theme. Contact Form 7 v 4.2.1

Given its class name, is the screen-reader-response div suppose to be seen by normal browsers?
