Video not showing

    I have opened ten days ago my self hosted site, after moving from wordpress.com

    The problem is the embedded youtube videos won’t show up.
    Where the youtube player should be there is only a white space.
    (like in this page just after the first paragraph http://orizzontiblog.it/2013/03/11/cinque-buoni-motivi-per-andare-in-islanda/)

    I have tried with the embed code, the link alone, the link between brackets but it’s not working. Also a video plugin wouldn’t work. These were options suggested in several other threads on the matter.

    I suspect that plugins might have something to do with it I have also tried to deactivate a html and css optimizer plugin but it didn’t work.

    can you help me?

    p.s. I noticed that also the Jetpack facebook widget was not working

    Works ok for me. Did you get it fixed?

    If not, maybe try clearing your browser cache and see if that fixes it.

    I fixed it, the trouble was caused by a badly set up plugin (which doesn’t involve videos at all, it’s the Iubenda plugin which shows a privacy policy as required by the italian law).
