Shortcodes not working

    Shortcodes don’t seem to work. It managed to work once with the name, but as soon as I added another shortcode one of them stopped working.

    Could you please advise how to fix this.

    Also, some abandoned carts were recovered but users used a different e-mail adress. Is there a way to change it manually and add these users to recovered orders?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay in response.

    It would be great if you could provide us some screenshots which the issue, like what is the email template created on your website and how are the emails sent to the users without replacing the shortcodes.

    Currently it is not possible to add the recovered order manually in our plugin, where If abandoned cart will be recovered by the user, but with using a different email address.
