Hi, I am trying to add a telephone number field to my form and the style of the input box looks different to the other fields in the form.

(I am using safari on a macbook when I see this issue however on an iPhone the problem does not seem to occur.)

In your case, the theme’s stylesheet doesn’t have a rule for input[type="tel"].
