Full screen Emebeded Playlist

Hi cobteam,

Until next release of plugin v3.0.8.4 where I implemented global option to enable fullscreen mode on embedded playlists (not available in latest stable version v3.0.8.3), please edit core plugin file youtube-channel.php and modify line 1190 by replacing

$output[] = " width=\"{$width}\" height=\"{$height}\" frameborder=\"0\"></iframe>";

with

$output[] = " width=\"{$width}\" height=\"{$height}\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen></iframe>";
