Can you check if the most recent update of SiteOrigin CSS fixes this issue for you? We fixed a bug that prevented the inspector from showing in older versions of WordPress.
I just installed and looks great but no inspector. I am using 4.2.2 and latest of the css plugin. Please help
Hi gbrogna
Can you check for any Javascript errors? That would be a huge help in figuring out what’s happening.

Another thing to check would be PHP errors. You might be able to access your PHP error logs from your web hosting console.
Thanks for the quick response
