Popup from clickable text-iframe-responsive.

    Hello I am trying to figure out how to create a popup from clickable text that displays a website in the iframe but also is responsive. I accomplished the popup with a plugin that works great but the problem is that it is not responsive. This is the page that I am trying to achieve this on.

    What do you mean by responsive, have the PDF 300 pixels wide in tiny text (on mobile)?
