Wrong encoding

Hi,

I’m exporting my posts to .doc and I get characters like this (não dúvidas, sintomas físicos).

I checked my database encoding and I already set it’s COLLATION to all tables: utf8_general_ci and CHARSET to utf8. The Database COLLATION is utf8_general_ci.

Also exporting to other files formats happens the same?
What’s wrong with the encoding?
