Since you didn’t provide the URL to your site, and I don’t know what a CTA button is, it’s hard to provide specifics.

For the CSS you would do something like:
.ctabutton {position: absolute; top: 20px; left: 20px;}
Fot the HTML you would do something like:
<img class=”ctabutton” src=”http://www.bhmfashionweek.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Buy-Tickets-web.png”
The HTML is going to have to be inserted somehow into the header. How you do that will depend on the theme. I see that you already asked this question in the forum for the Maskitto-Light theme, but you should follow up there.

Okay tried it out, but half of my button is cut off, any idea how I can fix that? Really appreciate your help so far Matt!

You’ll need to size the button smaller to fit the height of the header, or change the header height.
