    Hi there,

    The shortcode is not supported in the free version, only the Pro version. Sorry if that’s not clear. I’ll review our copy and see if I can make that more clear. Thanks!

    Hi,

    This plugin is primarily a Widget. So go to “Appearance > Widgets” and add the “Google Places Reviews” widget to your sidebar and you’ll be able to configure it from there, just like you see in the Demo video on our main page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-places-reviews/
