I’m having the same problem, I can link text or images within the Icegram but I can’t get the button links to function, otherwise what a great plugin, hope there’s a solution to this glitch, running twenty ten with WordPress 4.2.2

Same issue. Clicking on the Call to Action button does nothing. It’s really sad that a great plugin working so well suddenly breaks across all sites. I’d upgrade and pay for the add-ons but not with it being so unreliable. I’d recommend testing updates much better in the future?

I have inputted my icontact html code into the embed form, it worked fine yesterday. I have logged in today, and there form is gone, it just has the button that when clicked on the popup closes. I have the latest version.

Please check that “Use Opt-in / Subscription / Lead capture form” option is checked.
If it is not checked and only have button label in message then form will not be display.
If it is checked and still form is not visible then please give us a screenshot and contact us at: hello@icegram.com
