A better way to control admin plugins loading in the WordPress admin?

I’ve been tweaking various plugins so they load only on the admin pages they need to.

But it just hit me.

Can you add support for this in someway?

This would make it easier than grabbing multiple urls/permalinks of the admin to control the admin plugins.

If someway we could opt to specify the base or page id instead of an exact permalink that would be ideal.

For example…

The Revolution Slider plugin has unlimited admin pages (permalinks) because of each slide that can be created, but it only uses one page id which is > toplevel_page_revslider.
