I just upgraded my blog, and now when I go to it (I have gone to the upgrade page) and click on a link it won’t work. An example would be that if I clicked on the Comments the link wouldn’t work. If you need to see, the link is: http://www.sonshima.com/blog/index.php

Start by visiting Options -> Permalinks and re-saving your current settings. Perhaps you lost your .htaccess when you upgraded?

I tried that, but it didn’t work. And how would I lose my .htaccess?

Well, some folks delete ALL files before doing an upgrade.

If you set your Permalinks to default, do links work? That might help narrow things down.

If I set them to default it works.
