pin generation, storage and recall

Hi is there a way in contact form 7 when I can have a user just fill an email field, click send and for the next page to show a unique randomly generated pin code along with some instructions?

Additionally I would like the details stored in a database so if the user returns and enters the same email address a second time they get the same pin they were provided the first time.

Is this possible with this plugin?
