Info bar- link address to google maps

    Hi there!
    Thank you for a lovley theme! I love to work with it, tweak it and play with it.
    There are a couple of things I would be glad if you would be so kind to help me figure out.
    #1 How can I have the address in the header info bar and footer infobar to be a redirect-link to google maps?
    #2 I have no problem by giving you lots of credits for your beautiful theme, but since I have made an effort here: How can I add my name (and link to my site) to the copyright section, together with Theme Horse?

    How can I make the “social_address” a link to google maps?
