Feed Burner RSS feed always showing Zero value

I am not sure, this is the right forum to post my comment, Anyhow can someone please help me on this.

We are using Feeds Burner RSS feed from WordPress. In the RSS feed <slash:comments> element always showing zero value instead of actual count.
e.g.
<slash:comments>0</slash:comments>
How to figure out to get the actual comments count in the RSS feed?
