We need to be able to add the state abbreviation next to the location in the job listings and the single job view. For example, a listing may currently show Sioux City. We need it to show Sioux City, IA

This filter can modify the location returned: https://github.com/mikejolley/WP-Job-Manager/blob/master/wp-job-manager-template.php#L299

You could hook in a custom function to return the state saved to the geolocation custom fields.
