Hi,
Create multiple rules and select those rules if you use a widget. If you use the shortcode or the PHP function, you can pass multiple rule ids to the id argument. See the Other Notes.
Also you may set up Twitter List on Twitter and create rule with the list.
Another option is use tags. The plugin has a taxonomy called Tag and you can call multiple rules at once by specifying a tag.
