Hi wm,
When you added the attachment, did you add it to the post where your [dg] shortcode is being used or to a different post/through the global media management dialog Dashboard -> Media? If it was either of the latter, you would need to manually include the attachment (via the include argument) or probably the better option is to re-attach the document against the target post.
If the above does not apply, can you give a bit more information? Specifically, what is the shortcode you are using?

Im not sure what was wrong, maby just that is was a while since I attached a file in DG.
But I deleted the file re-attached the file by follows your guide on:

Then it worked as expected.
