Cannot Add Links In Visual Editor

    When I try to add a link using the visual editor for an existing post (new posts work fine) when I click the button no pop up appears and I cannot add a link. I also can’t switch between the visual editor and the HTML editor.

    Found the issue by disabling all plugins and then re-enabling one by one. Any ideas?
