Malware Link On Website – Help

    Occasionally, not always, when I visit my site (others have reported this too), a link appears at the top for either porn or cialis or something of the sort.

    the text reads: cialis täglichen Gebrauch Nebenwirkungen
    the link is: [removed]

    I have no clue how this got there and how to remove it, any help is appreciated!
