I changed the img in the Polylang/flags
Wrong way. Please read: Can I use my own flags for the language switcher?
It has only effect in frontend, no changes in your wp admin.
Ok I read it and i did change only of them. I can’t change the english one and the portuguese is way too big
And I upload new ones and it isn’t working..

Your custom flags, your po/mo files must be name as your Locale code.
i.e: en_GB.png or en_GB.jpeg
I made sure it is with the correct locale code. I made a folder in /polylang called flaaags and uploaded only the portugese flag. It changed on the website but it was too big so i resized it and put both PT and GB in the same folder, reloaded and saved in polylang settings but nothing changed.
Please provide a screen copy of your directory where you put your custom flags.
Customs flags must be placed in wp-content/polylang
Ok i uploaded them in wp-content/polylang and its still not working and I saved in Settings Polylang
