I will look into adding that. I’m really struggling to get the next version out right now and it already has major changes.

Looking forward to next version. What are the main new features?

As long as no bugs have come up to hold back production I can recall 2 major features will be…
1. Enabling/Disabling plugins by user roles.
2. Using multiple permalinks in one plugin filter
I’m personally putting aside creating plugin filters so I don’t have to redo them with the update comes to consolidate plugin filters.
If you browser some of the support threads you probably can find other features in the works perhaps.
I have a beta version that allows you to select all active, network active and inactive at the same time. It also adds the ability to disable/enable plugins based on role. I wasn’t able to add functionality for multiple permalinks in one plugin filter. It won’t work because the parent plugins for the different permalinks would be different so they all couldn’t be displayed at the same time. The url for the beta is http://www.jsterup.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/plugin-organizer.7.b.1.zip. Make sure to only test this on a test site.

I ask as a time to report back in a time that you are trying to reach.
– What do you think about my other thread about controlling plugins by the page_id?
– Something like that would really reduce the amount of permalinks needed.

I don’t remember which thread you are talking about Noahj. Can you give me a link to it? I’m hoping to get the new version out by the end of next week. But I was also hoping to have the coding done months ago. Lol. So take some time and work through it. By page_id do you mean the page argument in the URL? So for the URL http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=Plugin_Organizer the page_id would be Plugin_Organizer?
