    Hi, thank you for creating this plugin. I really appreciated it, and like the simplicity of it.

    I’ve noticed a couple of small issues that I thought you would like to know:

    1. I can’t see the protected content even when logged in as admin. I have to open the site on another browser and login as a member myself.

    2. I also can’t see the comments when logged in as admin. This also means I have I have to open the site on another browser and login and reply as a member.

    3. The comments being left by a member show their username and not their first name. It would be helpful if you could see their first name in order to reply – makes it a bit more personal than writing, “Thanks sunshine06”.

    4. All of my members have access for one month, but I’d like to extend this. It would be helpful to be able to bulk-edit the access expiry dates to either extend by a specified period of time, or give a new end date to everyone. I can’t see how to do this at present?

    Hi, for your first and maybe second question above check the following URL.

    In regards to your third question, can you check one users profile and see what are their settings.

    In regards to your fourth question, what are your current membership levels and what are the current settings. For example are they making one time payment or are they paying monthly?

    The comment appearance is not controlled by this plugin. That is a core WordPress feature. It is controlled by your theme.

    At the moment we don’t have an option to bulk extend member’s access. This plugin is meant to work in an automated fashion. So we assume that you should never have to manually extend a member’s access (if you do it should be very minimal so you can do that by editing that user’s record).

    As for question 4, I am using the membership plugin for free access to content for everyone who signs up (in return they join my mailing list). Everyone gets 4 weeks free access, but I’d like to extend this for everyone (hundreds of people).
