Well, I don’t actually see it enabled, the JS codes shows the lightbox is off.

Yeah, I had complaints from the users so after two days I had to disable it again. Now that my blog is “on holidays” I can leave it enabled for you to check what’s going wrong.

Please see that if you have saved the API key, loaded the lists, select the required list and groups, and then hit ‘Update Options’ button.

Hi, it’s me again.
I have the same Unknown error problem again. I load the list but I cannot select any groups so now every time someone tries to sign up and selects one of the groups the error message appears.
What can I do? Thanks

Can you try selecting your fields, from the edit button against the List selection option?

I click on the edit button and see three different fields (the same 3 fields my form has). I don’t know how to select them, they are already there. I’ve tried making them “Required” but it doesn’t work :/

I could sure use some help, using lightbox, API installed and i see lists but everytime someone tries to sign up nothing happen except error occured?
