Add a option to plugin with JQuery

    I want to add one option to my plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/parsi-font

    I want users with a “+” or “-” button add or remove options. These options are font-family, font-size and a textbox that user can enter class or id. After press “Save Changes” button font family and font size change.
