Why does it work only with WP_DEBUG = true ?

    Only if at either place
    define('WP_DEBUG',true); //PKHG>24juni15 lijkt true te moeten zijn?
    files: wp-config.php (main dir)
    api.php in */exports-and-reports/

    Am I right and if so WHY (not yet found the reason)?

    two WP versions used:
    local the 4.2.2. version of WP
    global a 4.1…. version of WP Same behavior at least wp-config.php WP_DEBUG set to true.
