HTML5 Audio Player with stats links

Hi there.

I’ve searched and searched, but can’t find anything so apologies if it’s been asked before.

I’m looking for an HTML5 Audio Player, but with very specific needs. Basically, I have a podcast that will be uploaded to multiple networks, but I want them all to link back to my website where the listener can not only listen, but also download a copy for themselves, or click on a link to listen/subscribe elsewhere.

The player needs to be quite simple (although a waveform like SoundCloud would be lovely), but most importantly of all, I need to be able to monitor the traffic stats like number of plays, download, link-clicks, etc. It would also be great if I could just paste the source link of the mp3/m4a file which will already be on the same server as the site.

Does such a thing exist? I’m happy to pay if it does all the above.
