• I’d personally like some feedback.

We’d like to test having multiple posts in a day… with different times.

Is there any evidence that this would be an issue to readers?

Currently, when we have multiple posts, they go up all at once and an email gets sent out for each one to our subscribers, all at the same time.

Do you think email servers would mark these email as spam?

    Any input would be great.

  • Hi lhollar,

There’s no real hard and fast rule for this. It really depends on how your users engage with your emails. If users with Gmail delete your emails without looking at them, for example, Gmail will start recognising your emails as spam.

You could try sending out one email that includes a rundown of all or your posts? I know MailChimp allows you to do this. I don’t really have experience with other email service providers, though I’m sure you could do this with others.

How many posts do you plan on publishing?

    Cheers, Rae

    Hi Rae,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Currently, the emails are coming from here: donotreply@wordpress.com
But I don’t even know where to go to edit those posts or have MailChimp combine the emails for us. That would be ideal, though.

We’d most likely have 1-2 posts per day, sometimes 3 and rarely 4.
