Hello Peter,
The “Insert into editor” button should put the converted document into the editor. What happens when you try to click that button?

Hello Michael,
I would say, nothing; or I don’t see…
Visual editor remains empty…
Peter
What plugins do you have installed? In particular, are you using the normal WordPress editor?
If you open up the console for your browser, do you see any JavaScript errors after hitting “Insert into editor”?
Does the preview display the HTML you’d expect?

I installed:
Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
Contact Form 7
Docxpresso (intalled yesterday, but doesn’t help)
Easy Google Fonts
Lightbox Plus Colorbox
Page Builder by SiteOrigin
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
Spacer
Title Remover
🙂
I would suspect that one of those plugins is interfering with Mammoth. Does Mammoth work if you disable the other plugins? If so, then try re-enabling them one-by-one until you find the one that’s breaking Mammoth.
If you could let me know if you’re getting any JavaScript errors, then that would help narrow down the problem.

It’s the PageBuilder by Site origin.
I have 2 rows on this page. In the first one, there are 4 visual editors beside each other (4 pictures, without gutter) and second one below would contain the text.
What I don’t see, if I have 2 or more raws, from where does mammoth know, in which raw I want to insert my text?
I disabled PageBuilder plugin, raws disappeared: text is in the box, but without pictures…
No JavaScript…
if any idea, thanks… 🙂
In that case, I’m not sure there’s much I can do to help without adding special support for PageBuilder, and I’m not likely to have time to do so in the near future. The only suggestion I have would be to copy and paste the HTML that Mammoth generates, although that won’t include pictures.
