painful bug for this plugin, java crash and destroy woocommerce?

Hi:
I used this plugin on my website http://bannerwithstand.com, it is a Mystile theme and use woocommerce with simplify commerce checkout, the problem is the checkout page has java error and could not excute checkout! it mentions “Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript. Developers: Please make sure that you’re including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”, I went to Java console and found an error:”Uncaught TypeError: a.cookie is not a function

I even deactivated mailchimp and deleted it, but the error is still here! If I view page source, I could see there is :” <header>
