Looking for Twitter Follow

I hope I can explain this correctly. There are a multitude of plugins that will broadcast my own tweets. I am not looking for that.

Can someone please point in a direction where I can display “other tweets”?

I have a website dedicated to a particular actor who tweets on occasion.

I simply would like to display that actors tweets on a board dedicated to him.

I keep looking but everything seems to be geared toward tweeting my own stuff. I’ve had that a while.
