• Hello and thank you for considering to help me.

I am having problems with contact form 7. It is fully updated as of 18/06/2015. I can submit and send forms using windows 7, safari, opera, chrome, IE, firefox. However, IE and chrome (at least) do not work in Windows 8. When the form is filled and submitted, the spinning arrows stay and nothing happens (no e-mail sent). The form was also tested and worked on XP, Windows 8.1 pro, android, iOS. If anyone wants to test the form and it works/does not, please provide your operating system.

Any ideas what could cause this? Also could just be a coincidence and be due to something else, I’m no computer pro.

    Form can be found here:

  • The spinning arrow is a common symptom of a JavaScript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using. It can also be caused by a server-side warning or error. See Contact Form 7 Email Issues – there is a link there that covers JavaScript Conflicts.

Problems occurring on only some browsers or devices is relatively common with JavaScript Conflicts.
