I’ve already formatted the email link properly in the social options of the theme
But it’s always the same.
I type ONLY the email address, but it appears always with “mailto:http://info@trideksolutions.com”
Hmmm, well how frustrating!! I’d maybe look in your header.php file and find where that incorrectly formatted code is at so that you can replace it with:
<a href="mailto:info@trideksolutions.com">info@trideksolutions.com</a>
(sorry Id didnt use the back-ticks so the actual code didnt show!)
Or contact the theme author, as that sure isnt working right!

Did you get this working? I am having the same problem at the top right hand side with my email link also http://themarketinghive.co.uk/
I have added contact email in the social media area but it defaults to add the http itself.

Please make child theme and create header.php in child theme directory.
Now copy code from LINK and paste to header.php.
Save the changes.
