Control Items on Top Menu Bar

In WordPress there is the option to create a menu, which I’ve done in every other theme I’ve worked with and I have a few websites, but I cannot get it to work on i-transform.

I can set up a new menu and/or delete the pages from the menu that I don’t want to show, but nothing makes any difference. There is obviously something inbuilt that it is preventing this function from working.

It’s annoying because I want to add password protected pages to my site and not have them show up on the menu cluttering everything up.

Need an urgent response on this please.
