It just quit working…

    I have been running on WordPress 2.2.3 for a few weeks now. Tonight it just quit working. Well, you can still look at the blog pages, but you cannot log into the blog.

    I get the WordPress login screen. I enter my username and password. It does not complain, but it comes right back to the WordPress login.

    I can cheat it a little. Instead of clicking any of the links, I enter the direct address wp-admin/index.php. It takes me to the expected page, but it has three login windows inside where there should be other things.

    What the hell happened?

    Give it a try. register and see how far you can get with it.

    Has this ever happened to anyone else?

    do you have cookies enabled on your web browser ?

    I do this all the time, an easy for me thing to forget.

    Ok. I will have to assume that it was my ISP that caused this problem. They may have been moving my site to another server, perhaps. There were rumers that this would be happening this month (but they were suposed to schedule my site).

    Anyway, I tried it again this morning and now it works. I will try to talk with the ISP to see if they can explain this.
