  • Two things to check first – sorry – but just in case.

    1. It is activated?

    2. You have configured the plugin via the Admin – Contact Form section?

Its okay, it could have solved the problem 😉 But yes it is activated, and it was configured from the contact form section :/

I am trying to recollect why it would not work for me in the same way, when I initially used this contact form on a site. I seem to remember that I had not configured it correctly and once I did so, it worked.

The document help file reiterates this point:

In order for the contact form to function, the Form Page URL and at least one email address must be Configured.

But, if you are sure yours is all in place, the only other suggestion I have is that it could be related to making sure the contact form is used on a page and not a post, or it needs permalinks activated. I am not sure on these last two points though.

Maybe the problem is another place, I just tried another plugin, it did the same thing!
