Admin login on iPad

So I am having trouble with the admin login it pops up authentication required I looked at what support told me to look at its all Greek and I have no clue how to get the authentication required off on the computer it gives me a captcha for it a user name and password but not on the iPad (mobile) version it doesn’t and I perfer to shut this off its a pain for me as I can’t do anything at all. If anyone has any idea what to do or where I can find help(preferably something not Greek, and easy to understand)
