    Hello there!

    Thanks for using our plugin…

Could you send me the info of the “Print debug” and “Print diagnostics” buttons in the plugin settings page?

Perhaps you could also give me the url of your website?

Is this the image you are referring to?

    http://www.cljment.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/main1.jpg

It seems that it is resized correctly! It is just very small to begin with. It is only 600px wide. You must check it with a device that has both dimension smaller than 600px.

If it is another image, can you point me to it?

I just checked and it does resize!

You must understand that the plugin takes into account the biggest size of any device. For instance, if you have an iPad-1 with resolution 768*1024 then the 1024 will be calculated.

Your image is 1000px, so if you check it from an iPad-1 you get 1000<1024, so the image is not resized. But if you look at it from a smaller device you will.

Also you can change these resolutioin breakpoints from the plugin settings!

If you want to check any device width you can do it with Chrome Developer Tools and use the device mode!

    🙂

    Hi Nevma,
Unfortunately, the same problem. I increase the size of the image but nothing happen. Here’s the link of the bigger image

    http://www.cljment.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/profile-img.jpg

However, on my slider, the images are perfectly responsive

Hmm, well I am checking your website and it seems that the plugin is actually working! The reason you see no difference in this image http://www.cljment.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/profile-img.jpg is that it is 640px wide originally so it it is not resized.

One thing to keep in mind is that the plugin takes into account the bigger dimension of each device, which the width in the landscape orientation!

Here is a video that I made earlier today for another support thread which shows the easiest and most trustworthy way to test how the plugin works using Chrome and the Developer Tools.

Hello there, did you get a chance to check out the video I sent and see if this is actually the same case? 🙂
