Sorting posts by rating omits un-rated posts :(

First of all, thanks for this fantastic plugin, it was just what I needed!
However, when I try to sort the posts on my post type’s archive template using

‘meta_key’ => ‘ratings_average’, ‘orderby’ => ‘meta_value_num’, ‘order’ => ‘DESC’,

as instructed on the FAQ, it seems to leave off any posts which are not yet rated. Is there a way to get it to display all the posts?

Also, if there are two posts with the same rating is it possible to sub sort them by perhaps number of votes or title?
