I am also having the same problem. I have upgraded the plugin to latest version and using shortcode to display videos.

Few of the YouTube channels do not have “user” ID. They only have channel ID. Is it possible to use channel ID somehow?

Hi,
Go in the youtube channel and click the channel name.
You’ll see something like https://www.youtube.com/user/XXX
That XXX is what you need.
For example:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVttQE6tS_agDSAU61Q65aA
In there, click on EnriqueIglesiasVEVO,
you’ll see https://www.youtube.com/user/EnriqueIglesiasVEVO
EnriqueIglesiasVEVO is what you need.
