pdb_list display previous/next arrow

I’m having problems when displaying the list with multiple pages. I have the max # of entries per page set to 10. The previous/next arrows are not displaying correctly – it’s almost as if the arrows and page numbers are showing as a buleted list – you can see the problem here:

If this is a CSS problem that’s fine – I will go off and figure it out from there. I am using the Spacious theme.
