confusingly, you started your topic talking about ‘posts’:

I am adding some posts that I’d like to hide and link to on my site, but they are showing up on my bottom menu and I don’t want them to.

is this still the same problem?

are you sure about ‘pages’ – i.e. are you talking about the ‘Site Menu’ in the footer?
