SPAM making blog posts.

    A client of mine is having difficulties with their weblog. They have been having problems with their web host as well (Midphase). There are SPAM posts being made on the blog. I was wondering if anyone could offer any suggestions as how to keep this from happening. I am going to upgrade them to the latest version of WordPress (from 2.1) if possible. I’m concerned with upgrading their WordPress installation since they are using the one-click install version that Midphase offers them. I’m going to look into it though. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Never mind on this as well. I do not believe it was SPAM attacking the site. They were making posts via email and I believe that email address was receiving SPAM.
