    Try using a different theme see if you get any better results.

    Same here, short code for document upload isn’t working. Do I have the right shortcode: [fu-upload-form]?

    That is not a mDocs shortcode, the list of shortcodes are found in the dashboard > Memphis Docs then click the shortcodes button at the top of the page.
